Water Based Adhesives

Applications:- membrane press, PVC and paper laminating, veneering, dowelling, postforming, roofing and general wood bonding including D2, D3 and D4 adhesives.

Our own manufactured water based adhesives which include VAE, PUD’s PVAc and acrylics are supplied primarily to the woodworking and construction industries.

We specialise in both 1 and 2-component adhesives for membrane press and have a range of products to suit all styles of presses and foils.

Hot Melt Adhesives

Applications:- panel lamination, edgebanding, profile wrapping, worktop back and under-edge sealing, postforming, wood assembly, carcass gluing, carton sealing and paper converting.

We offer a comprehensive range including both filled and unfilled EVA, reactive polyurethane (PUR), polyolefin and pressure sensitive rubber based adhesives.

The above range offers the latest PUR technologies for laminating high gloss PVC foils as well as PUR high speed profile wrapping and edgebanding and can be applied with either roller or slot coat technology.

Solvent Based Adhesives

Applications:- high pressure laminate bonding, edge gluing, roofing, assembly and upholstery.

Our comprehensive range of products which include both flammable and non-flammable adhesives can be used for the above applications and can be applied by brush, roller and spray.  We also supply some products in aerosol and canister format.

Liquid Moisture Adhesives

Applications:- general wood bonding, panel construction, flooring and doors.

These adhesives are available for application by roller, spray and various other application methods and include a range of products with cure rates between 5 minutes and 60 minutes.

Construction Adhesives

Applications:- general purpose assembly gluing of wood, plastics and other difficult to bond materials.

This adhesive range includes structural acrylics, epoxy, cyanoacrylate and urea formaldehyde adhesives.
